The terms and conditions of sale below (hereinafter “T & C”) apply to all contracts of sale between Grazia Gichi Luxury S.R.L., with registered office PIAZZA VITTORIO VENETO 16-18 – CAP 50026 Mercatale – San Casciano Val di Pesa (Fi) (hereinafter “GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY”) that operates this website and the customer whose place of residence may be located in any country where this site is or will be active (hereinafter the “Customer”) .
The customer must read these T & C before making a purchase order on this website since the orders to purchase items made on this website are subject to T & C. The customer, with the acceptance of these T & C, agrees and declares to be a consumer and buy the items of GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY exclusively for personal use and not for resale in a trade or business of any kind . In order to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests inherent in the trademarks and goodwill associated with the consolidation of GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY, we reserve the right to be free and to reduce the quantity of items purchased GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURYon this website.
Orders
Orders placed by customer shall be binding only after acceptance GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY by GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY deposits and further confirmation that the customer GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will send by e-mail. GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURYmay in its discretion refuse an order or decide to accept in whole or in part, any changes requested by the customer, provided that such requests are received at GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY prior to shipment of items selected.
Order are not available
If one or more of these items in the order of the customer are not available (not just temporary), GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will have no obligation to supply, in this case GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will notify the customer of the unavailability of the item ordered and refund any amount already received in payment as the price of the item in question.
Sales agreement

The Prices

Delivery
The delivery of items purchased by the customer will be made to the delivery address indicated. All of our items are exclusively handmade, Pert, being unique, it can take from 10 (ten) to 15 (fifteen) days to pack. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the availability of the delivery for a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of order. Where delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the reasonable control of GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY, the customer will be notified of the new delivery date.
Payment
Payment will be made by the customer when ordering by credit card via PayPal or bank transfer as indicated in the email order confirmation.
For payment by bank transfer a discount of 2% will be applied
Discretion
GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY field has the right, at its discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or fulfillment of any of the obligations that derive from the sale contract signed with the customer in the event of substantial failure by the Customer of the obligations these are derived from sales contracts signed with previous or ongoing GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY.
Import taxes and customs duties
Items shipped outside the European Union (“EU”) may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the country of destination.
The recipient of the shipment will be the importer of the goods in the country of destination and any costs relating to import taxes and / or customs duties will be borne by the customer.
If the goods are not collected by the recipient due to the cost of customs duties, the value of the customs duties and the cost of shipping for the return of the goods to the sender will be deducted from the refund.
Return
The return shipping costs are on customer’s charge. Returning procedure is easy and immediate. You can return any product purchased on www.graziagiachi.it, within 10 days from the date of delivery of your order through the On-Line procedure.
Notice: returns cannot be accepted after 10 days you receive the goods. We reserve the right to reject returned items which were delayed in communicating or shipping, or not in the same delivered conditions. You will be liable for returning costs and possible loss or theft. Make sure the items are in the same condition in which you have received them, with all labels, tags or any other identification item. For shipment you will have to use original packaging. We will refund only items which fulfill the return conditions. If your returned item does not fulfill such requirements you may have it shipped back at your expenses.
You may ship the returning goods only from the country where you have purchased them.
The products purchased on the website wwww.graziagiachi.it may be returned within 10 days from receiving them. Upon receipt of your order from GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY, the sales contract is cancelled, and its relative obligations, rights or claims decay. However, in case the items are damaged or non-compliant with return conditions, GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY may compensate the damage by holding the payment of products made by customer.
Following conditions are necessary for return validity:
• Users who intend to return one or more items will have to send, within 10 (fourteen) days from receiving them, the return authorization request through the on-line procedure as above described;
• After completing the steps and entered the required data, the products will have to be returned to GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY Piazza Vittorio Veneto 16-18 – 50026 Mercatale In Val di Pesa (FI), Italy;
• The returned items will have to be in the same condition in which they were received: ie. they will not have to be worn or damaged;
• The identification tag of the item, like the single-use seal are an integral part of the purchased product. In case of return, therefore, these parts must remain attached to the product and not be tampered or removed;
• The item return will be accepted only if the item is in its original package. Together with garment all removable accessories will have to be included because they are considered as an integral part of the item;
• In case of missed delivery of returned parcel, GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will require proof of consignment, ie. the airway bill signed by the courier person carrying the parcel. If the customer does not provide the airway bill, GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURYL will not be able to allow refund;
• After checking integrity of returned products, GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURYL will communicate to the customer through a confirmatory email that return procedure has been successfully completed and refund of returned items will be credited within following 30 (thirty) days. The amount will be redeemed through Paypal or bank transfer on the bank account that is required during the refund steps.

Provisions of these T&C
In the event that one or more provisions of these T & C found to be void, voidable, illegal or unenforceable, that does not involve the total ineffectiveness of the T & C. The person (s) available (s) failure (s) is (are) replaced (s) from another (other) standard (s) valid (s), in (s) will (i) having regard to the intention and the content (s) own (s), in respect and in accordance with local regulations.
T&C Italian law
These T & C are subject to Italian law. Any disputes arising shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent court of the city of Florence (Italy).
