The following general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all sales contracts between Grazia Giachi Luxury S.R.L., with registered office in PIAZZA VITTORIO VENETO 16-18 CAP 50026 Mercatale – San Casciano Val di Pesa – Florence (hereinafter “GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY”) which manages this website and the customer whose residence may be in any country where this website is or will be active (hereinafter forward the "Customer").

The Customer must read these T&Cs carefully before placing a purchase order on this website since purchase orders for items placed on this website are subject to the T&Cs. The Customer, with the acceptance of these T&C, agrees and declares to be a consumer and to purchase the GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY articles exclusively for personal use and not to resell them in the context of a commercial or business activity, of any nature. In order to safeguard its rights and legitimate interests inherent in the trademarks and associated with the consolidated goodwill value of GRAZIA GIACH LUXURY, the latter reserves the right and will be free to reduce the quantity of GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY items that can be purchased on this website .


Orders placed by the Customer will be binding for GRAZIA GIACHI only after acceptance by GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY and further confirmation that GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will send to the Customer by e-mail. GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY may at its discretion refuse an order or decide whether to accept all or part of any changes requested by the Customer, provided that such requests are received by GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY before the shipment of the selected items.

Orders not available

If one or more items in the Customer's order are not available (not just temporarily), GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will have no obligation to supply; in this eventuality GRAZIA GIACHI will notify the Customer of the non-availability of the ordered item and will refund any related amount already received as payment as the price of the item in question.

Sales Agreement

The sales agreement between GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY and the Customer will be considered finalized with the written confirmation of the order which must be sent to the Customer by email by GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY.


The prices of the items will always be invoiced in Euros. GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will do its best to always guarantee that the prices indicated on the website are correct and up-to-date. Shipping costs will be FREE for orders over € 250.00 FOR EUROPE AND EASTERN EUROPE, FOR € 200.00 FOR ITALY, FOR € 650.00 ZONE-5, FOR € 700.00 ZONE- 6-7 OR FOR €650.00 ZONE-9.


The delivery of the items purchased by the Customer will be made to the delivery address indicated. All our items are exclusively handcrafted, therefore, being unique, it may take from 10 (ten) to 15 (fifteen) days for packaging. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the availability of the item for a maximum delivery period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the order. In the event that delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the reasonable control of GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY, the Customer will be notified of the new delivery date.


Payment will be made by the Customer when ordering by credit card via PayPal or by bank transfer as indicated in the order confirmation email.


GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY has the right, at its discretion, to refuse, suspend or cancel the delivery or the fulfillment of any of the obligations deriving from the sales contract signed with the Customer in the event of substantial default by the Customer of the obligations deriving from previous or current sales contracts signed with GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY.

Import taxes and customs duties

Items shipped outside the European Union (“EU”) may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country.
The consignee of the shipment will be the importer of the goods in the country of destination and any costs relating to import taxes and/or customs duties will be charged to the customer.
if the goods are not collected by the recipient due to the cost of customs duties, the value of the customs duties and the cost of shipping for the return of the goods to the sender will be deducted from the refund.


The Customer may return the items purchased on, without charging any penalty and without being required to give a reason, within ten (10) calendar days starting from the day of receipt by the Customer of the articles in question. Following the return of the items to GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY, the sales contract will be deemed canceled for all purposes and all related obligations, rights or claims will likewise lapse, except in any case for the fact that if the items returned to GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY are damaged , GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will have the right to withhold the payment of the items already made by the Customer.

Before returning the items to GRAZIA GIACHI, the Customer must call 0039 055 8544671 to obtain authorization to proceed with the return.

You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract if the products supplied fall into the categories: *Personalised items

The items must be sent to GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY in a single shipment by courier or registered mail within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt of the items by the Customer.

In addition to what is reported in the terms and procedures above, the Customer's right to return will be considered exercised correctly when the following conditions have been met:

  • a) the items being returned must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
  • b) the product identification tag must still be attached;
  • c) the items must be returned in the original packaging, with any accessories;

Upon receipt of the returns, GRAZIA GIACHI will verify compliance with the above procedure and punctual compliance with all the conditions of the case. As soon as it is able to confirm that the conditions have been met, GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will send the Customer an e-mail message confirming the acceptance of the return and the initiation of the refund procedure so that the Customer receives the reimbursement of the amount paid for returns within the following thirty (30) days, regardless of the payment method previously adopted by the Customer. The reimbursement of the amounts paid by the Customer will always be made exclusively in favor of the Customer who made the payment.

In the event that the conditions referred to in letter a) above are not met, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid to GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY; however, the Customer will have the right, at his own risk and expense, to have the item sent back, it being understood that if the Customer does not ask to have the item back, GRAZIA GIACHI LUXURY will have the right to keep it together with the amount received in relation to the transaction.

Material information


T&C provisions

In the event that one or more provisions of these T&Cs should be null, voidable, illegal or ineffective, this will not result in the total ineffectiveness of the T&Cs. The ineffective provision(s) will be replaced by another valid provision(s), in which the intention(s) is taken into account and the contents of the same(s), in compliance with and pursuant to current legislation.

Italian T&C Law

These T&Cs are subject to Italian law. Any disputes that may arise will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Court of the city of Florence (Italy).
